Return Policy

All Items have a lifetime warranty and can be returned for repair at any time. Items can be returned for a refund provided the merchandise is returned in the original condition as when shipped and within 30 days of you receiving your order, we will refund the full purchase price of the merchandise.'  Simply contact us before returning the item.

All Items must be properly packed when returned and we recommend you use ashipper you can track (UPS, Fedex, Priority Mail) we are not responsible for anyitems lost or damaged in shipping.

Product Information

Please keep in mind that Mother Nature is responsible for the manufacture of any of the wood, stone or other natural products that we sell.  We cannot re-engineer nature for you.  We will not sell you anything that has an obvious defect.

Ordering Payment and Your Security

Hart Woodcrafts accepts two forms of payment.

credit card, we accept all major credit cards. Payment by credit card will be proctessed within 24 hours of your order being placed. Hart Woodcrafts meets all the requirements of the PCI/DSS security standards to insure the scurity of your credit card information.

Paypal, this provides you with security of not having to provide your credit card information to sites on the internet and allows you to pay by credit card, bank debit or with your paypal balance.

Site Images

We go to great lengths to illustrate our products as accurately as possible.  However, please be aware that the software that you use and/or the monitor you have may not accurately display the image colors.  Wood is not something that we can manufacture and Mother Nature does have a way of changing the 'norm'.  We make every attempt to provide you with the best wood that is available.

All images contained in this website are copyrighted and are the sole property of Hart Woodcrafts except as otherwise noted.  These images are not to be sold, transferred, copied or used by any other party and are only available with permission from Heritage Pens. For permission, simply contact us.  As long as we get proper attribution, we rarely refuse.

Site Discrepancies and Errors

We strive to keep the content of our site accurate.  Due to the size of our site there may be inadvertent discrepancies from time to time.  In the event of discrepancies concerning products, pricing, descriptions, or availability, the sale will be voided by us and you will be contacted.
